Paleloni is a traditional and quiet Cretan village in the higher reaches of Apokoronas at about 300 m. altitude and offers panoramic views of Lefka Hori – the
Kalives, on the coast, is about twenty minutes drive and offers day-to-day shopping opportunities, tavernas, cafes, supermarkets, post office as well as a large sandy beach.
Size and description
Each villa of 100sq.m. will be built in the traditional Cretan style. The ceilings shall be wood beams and terra cotta tiles shall be used throughout the villa. Archways shall also be featured within. Central heating throughout, solar heating system and air conditioning substructure. Terraced areas with pergolas.
A landscaped private garden of 500sq.m. and a concrete pool of 40 sqm. with tiled area.
